The role
Lead the construction and delivery programme for large-scale residential developments in the Midlands.
Provide strategic leadership to the Construction and Delivery Team, ensuring effective project management across complex schemes.
Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement, aligning with energy performance and modern methods of construction.
Forge strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to optimise performance.
Set long-term strategy for design, delivery and supply practices, with a focus on sustainability and future maintenance.
As a member of the senior management team, contribute to corporate strategy and overall business success.
