The role
The employment solicitor role involves handling complex employment law matters with a focus on client and business development. The successful candidate will have over four years' PQE, strong legal drafting and advocacy skills, and be capable of generating work through contacts or initiatives. They must be commercially savvy, ambitious, and motivated to build their own client following in a flexible, innovative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work independently within a supportive, technologically advanced framework. Candidates with an existing client base or clear business plan will be highly attractive for this position.
