The role
An employment solicitor with broad experience in complex employment law is sought to participate as a Partner in a legal consultancy. The role involves managing client relationships, engaging in business development, and working independently within a supportive infrastructure. Candidates should possess strong technical drafting and advocacy skills and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach towards client growth. A minimum of four years' PQE in employment law is required, alongside the ability to generate work from existing contacts or a clear business plan. The position offers full remote flexibility, autonomy, and an attractive fee share structure, with support for building a sustainable practice.
