The role
Designs, develops, and tests mechanical components and subsystems across product lines.
Reviews designs for compliance with engineering principles, standards, and customer requirements; participates in development scheduling and testing.
Applies engineering principles to design for Power Distribution, Automotive, Medical Device, and Sensor applications using CAD/CAE tools.
Designs and implements mechanical products, evaluates design changes, ECN, specifications, and drawings releases; creates models and prototypes.
Supports fabrication, installation, and repair; collaborates with cross-functional teams in mechanical and electrical product design and interacts with sales.
Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, proficiency with CAD/SolidWorks, GD&T, DFMEA, ECN, and drafting; ability to travel.
