The role
Build scalable systems for training and fine-tuning large-scale generative models to produce realistic driving behaviors and enable robust evaluation.
Lead the implementation and iteration of novel RL algorithms, reward functions, and training paradigms to generate high-fidelity driving behaviors.
Develop cutting-edge DL and Generative AI (LLM/VLM) solutions to automate triaging, streamline high-volume workflows, and analyze driving behavior for anomalies.
Oversee production-ready ML models that monitor and evaluate a vast fleet across millions of miles.
Advance RLHF-based data collection and evaluation, staying current with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver on strategic ML initiatives.
