The role
Designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software systems and applications for mainframe environments.
Requires expertise in C#/.NET and at least one of React, Blazor, or Message Queues.
Demonstrates full-stack development, hands-on DevOps, and success in Agile environments (Kanban preferred).
Leads application and system design discussions, implements enhancements for performance and reliability, and guides integration with existing infrastructure.
Provides troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and technical support; researches emerging technologies to assess potential impact.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's/PhD preferred); minimum five years of relevant programming experience.
