The role
Lead the development of cutting-edge deep learning and ML models for high-volume triaging and automation of workflows.
Design and implement Gen AI LLM/VLM solutions for self-driving behavior analysis and anomaly detection.
Advance reinforcement learning from human feedback data collection and evaluation with best-in-class practices.
Enhance user feedback analysis with multi-label classification, sentiment analysis, comment summarization, root-cause, and trend analysis.
Oversee production-grade ML models that monitor a fleet and drive performance optimization at scale.
Drive technical direction and collaborate with PMs, TPMs, and cross-functional teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
