Senior Associate Attorney – Domestic/Civil Litigation

The role
Represent clients in Baltimore, MD, in domestic and civil litigation with court appearances and a focus on family law matters.
Maintain a weekly billable target of at least 28 hours (approximately 1,500 hours annually) and sustain a client collection rate above 85%.
Collaborate with the financial team to forecast client billings and manage matter budgets.
Lead and develop a team of 1 Associate and 1 Paralegal, and participate in the Perfect Client Lifecycle program.
Oversee a regular schedule of hearings and court appearances while advising staff on legal matters and statutes.
Draft a wide range of documents including custody agreements, wills, divorces, annulments, prenuptial agreements, child custody/support, and visitation rights; expand knowledge across childcare, paternity, adoption, domestic violence, and financial settlements.
