The role
Manage a caseload of 15-20 active personal injury matters from filing through resolution.
Independently develop case strategy, oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and prepare for trial.
Draft pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery documents; respond to discovery requests.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and, when necessary, trials.
Collaborate with a litigation paralegal to ensure efficient case progression and meet deadlines.
Maintain strong legal research, accurate drafting, and client-focused service with emphasis on professional growth.
