The role
Lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on system performance tooling, instrumentation, and support for in-vehicle software.
Own performance metrics collection, profiling, and tuning to reduce latency across the software stack.
Drive design changes, software upgrades to base frameworks, and code generation for performance inspection.
Lead benchmarking studies and advocate for improvements in compute and software architecture.
Define and execute the team's technical roadmap, coordinating with internal stakeholders and other engineering teams.
Foster autonomy, mentor engineers, and develop fault-tolerant solutions with robust diagnostic tooling to rapidly diagnose issues.
