The role
Lead critical initiatives pushing the frontier of model-based autonomous driving, delivering robust, generalizable driving models.
Own projects on personalized and collaborative driving, including behavior conditioning and comfort tuning.
Design and implement evaluation pipelines and metrics for both open-loop and closed-loop driving performance.
Curate and mine real-world and synthetic data to drive scenario diversity and feature development.
Influence architecture choices, training methodologies, and deployment pathways for production-scale learning systems.
Collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and shape the long-term technical direction of autonomy.
