The role
A permanent operations manager position in Ringwood involves overseeing the full operational process from order receipt to installation, aftercare, and warranty management. The role includes managing nationwide installation and survey delivery teams, leading managers and surveyors, and driving operational improvements. Responsibilities also encompass handling customer complaints, managing KPIs, producing reports, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance through regular site visits. Candidates should possess proven operations management experience, strong leadership skills, and experience with multi-functional teams, preferably from home improvement or technical fields.
