The role
Teach a graduate-level course that typically meets once per week for 15 weeks in the Fall and/or Spring.
Develop a course syllabus aligned with program guidelines and learning outcomes.
Design and deliver lectures and learning activities to ensure learning outcomes are met.
Assess and evaluate students, provide timely feedback, and offer regular office hours.
Offer regular appointments to support students outside class time and collaborate with faculty and staff to promote student success.
Ideal candidates hold a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology or related field, 5+ years of relevant industry experience, and expertise in at least one area such as talent management, coaching, executive coaching, data or people analytics, organizational psychology, or change management; preferred: certified coach and prior university teaching.
