The role
Identify high-impact business opportunities through data exploration, model prototypes, and bootstrapping projects.
Lead hands-on development, productionisation, and operation of ML models and pipelines at scale, including batch and real-time use cases, structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate closely with applied scientists and engineers to design the next generation of features and drive cross-functional impact.
Mentor peers by promoting best practices, enforcing coding standards, and documenting thoroughly.
Regularly present work to technical, engineering, and product stakeholders to iterate and generate buy-in.
Engage with the applied science and engineering community to advance the team's standing and capabilities.
