The role
Shape the core technical direction for a new consumer AI product by selecting models, designing training pipelines, and building scalable architectures.
Own end-to-end workflows from data collection and synthetic data generation through training, evaluation, and deployment.
Architect and adapt model architectures, fine-tune using state-of-the-art methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation).
Design scalable inference stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and GPU-optimized deployment.
Develop data systems, alignment and safety guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for performance, robustness, and bias.
Shape early product direction, explore frontier techniques (retrieval-augmented training, mixtures of experts, multimodal models), and own the build from zero.
