The role
Lead the research and development of deep learning algorithms for vision-guided, contact-rich robotic manipulation.
Design architectures for robust visual perception and sensorimotor control in dynamic environments.
Develop methods to manipulate complex or deformable objects with high precision.
Collaborate with software engineers to deploy prototypes on real robotic hardware and simulations.
Evaluate performance across simulation and real-world tests, driving robustness and reliability.
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the manipulation research roadmap, with opportunities for leadership.
