The role
Seeking a Senior Attorney with deep family law litigation experience to manage a complex, litigation-heavy caseload.
Lead high-conflict matters from strategy through trial, including asset division, support disputes, and custody issues.
Regularly appear in court, deliver polished advocacy, and draft sophisticated marital settlement agreements.
Strategically prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for hearings; supervise paralegals and ensure filings meet exacting standards.
Maintain meticulous case documentation in CLIO and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Hybrid work arrangement in Santa Clara County with competitive compensation and meaningful, high-stakes client work.
