Supply Chain & Operations Consulting Manager (Planning – Aerospace & Defence)

Lead planning-focused transformations for aerospace and defence clients, delivering end-to-end supply chain improvements. Manage and deliver Integrated Business Planning (IBP), inventory optimization, and capacity planning to align demand, supply, and finance. Design and implement platform-based solutions (SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud SCM, Kinaxis, BlueYonder) to automate planning and improve visibility. Develop risk-aware, sustainable, and resilient supply chains through advanced analytics, AI forecasting, and control towers. Lead workstreams, build strong client relationships, articulate value, and support business development and RFP responses. Build and mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership, and foster collaboration across Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
