The role
The HR Specialist manages comprehensive recruitment processes, supports career development and talent planning, and oversees employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, in a UK legal context. They maintain and audit personnel records to ensure compliance with latest UK employment laws and data protection standards. The role involves facilitating performance management cycles, conducting training sessions, handling employee relations, and administering payroll and benefits accurately. Candidates should be organised, discreet, and skilled in resolving complex HR issues, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and bilingual legal document handling. This position requires at least one year of HR experience, preferably with UK operational expertise, a CIPD qualification, fluency in Chinese and English, and valid UK work rights.
