The role
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary data science team to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML data products.
Drive data extraction, wrangling, modeling, and governance to ensure high-quality, trusted data across platforms.
Collaborate with product owners, cybersecurity, and cross-functional partners to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Identify trends across data sources, define roadmaps, and oversee platform upgrades and security remediations.
Balance ambitious business capabilities with operational excellence, regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
Operate in a hybrid environment with 5-10% travel, leading global efforts in platform transformation and AI adoption.
