The role
Line1: Lead rail recruitment operations across three sites in the Midlands; bill and manage high-performing recruitment teams while delivering top rail talent.
Line2: Drive client engagement, sourcing strategies, and delivery against KPIs across the Midlands region.
Line3: Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and ensure compliance with rail standards.
Line4: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand market share and support rail accreditation programs.
Line5: Competitive package: £40k-£65k base with OTE up to £100k plus benefits; immediate start available.
Line6: Based in Worcester with a regional remit and a strong focus on leadership and revenue growth.
