The role
A senior data scientist designs, develops, and implements data-driven solutions while collaborating with engineering teams and mentoring colleagues. Responsibilities include analysing complex datasets, building data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and creating visualisations of insights. The role requires strong industry experience, technical proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, and the entire machine learning lifecycle. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a curious, collaborative mindset with experience in data synthesis, AI assurance, or knowledge graphs as a bonus. The position is based in Salford Quays with hybrid working options, supporting flexible work arrangements.
