The role
Lead the development and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems.
Design, train, and evaluate ML models (including NLP and deep learning) and translate insights into production-ready systems.
Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered products.
Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices in MLOps, code quality, and model monitoring.
Stay current with AI/ML advances to continuously improve solutions and drive innovation.
