The role
Lead daily on-site construction activities for multi-family and mixed-use projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
Coordinate subcontractors and field operations to meet scope, safety, and schedule requirements.
Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against milestones.
Enforce building codes, design coordination, and construction details to ensure compliant, high-quality results.
Provide clear communication with stakeholders, resolve issues promptly, and guide the team under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
