The role
Operate production equipment on the first shift and address basic mechanical issues to keep lines running smoothly.
Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records to verify product conformance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, continuous manufacturing operations.
Follow safety and quality protocols and wear appropriate PPE during all duties.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and basic knowledge of machinery; familiarity with quality testing is a plus.
Stand for extended periods in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
