The role
Lead preconstruction efforts as a Construction Estimator, guiding projects from design intent through bid submission.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates, analyze drawings and specifications, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop technical proposals and project schedules, translating conceptual designs into constructible, cost-effective solutions.
Bridge estimating, engineering, and field operations to deliver accurate, timely deliverables.
