The role

Maintenance Person: Performs routine building and property maintenance, including pool, boiler room, and HVAC unit servicing, drywall repairs, and painting. Requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, valid driver's license, high school diploma, and WHMIS certification. Must be able to lift 25 pounds
