The role
HAVN is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista & Bartender to join the vibrant front of house team. The role involves preparing high-quality coffee and cocktails, and providing exceptional customer service in a lively setting that transitions from a café by day to a bar by night. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation of their work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and operating tills for transactions. They should have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation and cocktail making, with excellent communication skills for a diverse customer base. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential to accommodate busy periods and shift patterns. This position offers a full or part-time contract with hourly pay ranging from £12.75 to £13.33, suited for individuals with prior experience in fast-paced service environments.
