The role
Lead the design, validation, and deployment of driving safety metrics used across onboard software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand core use cases and provide expert interpretation of metric results.
Build datasets for training and validation through simulations and real-world data, and drive metric quality improvements.
Design A/B experiments to evaluate two software versions and guide rigorous statistical evaluation.
Collect, align, and advise on stakeholder needs to ensure data-driven decision making.
Requires a quantitative PhD with 7+ years of experience, strong coding in C++, Python, SQL, and proven leadership.
