The role
The Nurse Residency Program provides new graduate RNs with eight weeks of instruction, including online coursework, in-person labs, and precepted clinical care, followed by extended mentorship.
A state-of-the-art simulation lab supports safe skills practice and independent home-based care only when you feel confident.
You will work one-on-one with a dedicated clinical mentor while delivering compassionate, client-centered care to individuals of all ages and diagnoses in their homes.
Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing client conditions, following and documenting physicians' orders, and performing comprehensive client assessments.

Qualifications include an active nursing license in good standing in the relevant state (or a multi-state license) and graduation from an accredited nursing program within the last year.
