The role
The Business Analyst supports the delivery and adoption of ERP solutions through business analysis, process design, and requirements management. The role involves working with stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions and that users are prepared for new workflows. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, supporting process mapping, and delivering training and system demonstrations. Candidates are expected to have experience in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and training design, with knowledge of ERP systems and project methodologies.
