The role

Huawei Canada has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an HR Specialist. The role involves ensuring compliance with HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting employee training programmes. The successful candidate will assist with HR projects, analyse HR metrics, and facilitate communication within the organisation. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information. The position requires a relevant degree and 1-2 years' experience in HR or a related field. Technical skills in HRIS, data analysis, and programme coordination are advantageous.
