The role
As a Senior Risk Data Analyst in Payments, you defend a high-volume platform from payment fraud across purchases, developer earnings, and virtual economy abuse.
You will develop, implement, and optimize risk and anti-fraud solutions to protect revenue and maintain platform integrity.
Monitor transactions and run detection strategies, tuning rules in production to minimize false positives while maximizing loss prevention.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to define, scope, and deploy new fraud prevention tools and systemic improvements.
Conduct deep-dive investigations into emerging risk vectors, producing actionable reports on risk trends, loss rates, and mitigation effectiveness for leadership.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk framework, policies, and monitoring infrastructure used by the risk and payments teams.
