Start as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, earning licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured training and dedicated study time.
Receive personalized coaching and Academy support to develop essential advisory skills for acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
Deliver core banking and investment solutions, guiding clients with a consultative approach to meet their financial goals.
Progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to deepen client relationships and expand responsibilities within a defined advisory portfolio.
Engage with a diverse client base—from everyday banking customers to high-net-worth individuals—using a collaborative, client-centered process.
This role requires SAFE Act registration and completion of the background checks, with licensing milestones guiding eligibility and progression.
