The role
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions across business units.
Develop and refine financial models and annual plans to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Partner with Store Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising to translate data into actionable insights.
Present data-driven findings to senior leaders and drive measurable outcomes through collaboration.
Support critical projects, address risks and opportunities, and mentor junior team members.
Demonstrate advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics skills to deliver clear financial storytelling.
