HR Manager & Health & Safety Engagement

A HR Manager & Health & Safety Engagement professional is responsible for managing the HR function across two operational sites, providing advice on employee relations and HR processes. The role involves managing confidential records, supporting managers with personnel matters, and ensuring compliance with health and safety documentation. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Staines-upon-Thames, supporting operational safety and people management.
