The role
Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents.
Review project documents and coordinate subject-matter specialist reviews.
Assist in closing renewable energy projects and tax credit transactions.
Manage due diligence efforts for various renewable energy projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of project milestones.
Operate in a fast-paced, client-focused setting while communicating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
