The role
Design and evaluate complex prompts that reflect real customer journeys and service interactions.
Collaborate with Field Engineers to transform raw data into structured, high-quality tasks for model training.
Annotate, review, and perform QA on tasks to ensure strict quality standards and alignment with customer outcomes.
Validate model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and confidence; iterate as needed.
Utilize SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) to shape data and support data-driven prompts and labeling workflows.
Maintain clear data requirements through excellent technical writing and leverage tools like Labelbox/Prodigy, Google Sheets, and GitHub; this is a US-based freelance role with a Dec 22 start.
