The role
Own QA plans and oversee quality assurance across AI data delivery, including sampling, audits, and acceptance criteria.
Forecast capacity, coordinate shifts and handoffs, and align vendors and internal teams to meet volume and turnaround targets.
Design and deliver training and certification programs for raters, annotators, and coordinators; keep materials up to date with evolving guidelines.
Maintain dashboards for throughput, quality, productivity, and costs; translate data into actionable improvements.
Ensure compliance, privacy, and security policies; support audits and remediation.
Collaborate with clients and internal partners; coach coordinators and associate PMs; manage risks, changes, and escalations to protect delivery quality.
