The role
Lead ambitious, long-term research goals in Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning at scale, addressing real-world challenges.
Develop novel models and solutions for large-scale problems that bridge research and product impact.
Design rigorous experiments, evaluate hypotheses, and publish or patent breakthroughs when appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable, customer-facing features.
Mentor and, when needed, lead teams on complex projects while fostering collaboration across disciplines.
Build high-performance DL systems, train large models, and maintain a strong focus on ethics and responsible AI.
