The role
Provide fast, friendly customer service by actively assisting shoppers and assessing their needs.
Learn and share product knowledge to help customers complete projects.
Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales, with opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
Maintain in-stock conditions and ensure departments are clean, shop-able, and safe.
Collaborate with department teams and supervisors to maintain safety, training, and smooth operations.
Support multiple store areas such as Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Lumber, and Plumbing.
