The role
BFB Labs seeks an experienced Lead Game Developer to oversee the development of their mental health mobile apps built with Unreal Engine and Unity. The role involves leading end-to-end game development for iOS, Android, and tablets, as well as managing app store submissions and optimisations. Key responsibilities include architecture design, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration with backend teams, and maintaining automated build pipelines. Candidates should possess at least three years of senior or lead experience, advanced Unreal Engine skills, and familiarity with Unity and mobile deployment. Additionally, expertise in version control, CI/CD, and working with APIs to integrate data and analytics is required.
