The role
Lead the strategy for next-generation LLM-powered intelligent experiences, translating AI capabilities into actionable roadmaps.
Build and scale autonomous, multi-agent workflows for enterprise contexts.
Oversee development of personalized Q&A systems and conversational engines.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing data science and ML engineering team.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to align AI initiatives with business outcomes; establish governance, MLOps, and Responsible AI practices.
Represent the organization in the AI community and drive internal research to maintain a cutting-edge GenAI program.
