The role
The role involves operating and improving pilot-scale and full-scale production processes, applying process safety standards, supporting equipment design, installation, and commissioning, investigating plant issues, and contributing to scalable manufacturing systems. It requires working in a site-based environment with responsibilities for safety-critical chemical processes and real equipment. Suitable candidates will have a degree in chemical engineering or similar, along with at least two years' experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. The position offers broad exposure to operations, safety, equipment, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for faster development than traditional graduate schemes. Success after a year involves independently managing parts of manufacturing operations and enhancing production safety and reliability.
