The role
The hotel manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining standards aligned with the company's policies and strategic plans. They will develop and implement projects, budgets, and strategies to achieve financial and operational goals while analysing performance data and market trends. The role involves motivating teams, fostering communication across departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. The manager must ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, handle customer complaints, and maintain facilities’ condition. They are expected to possess experience in hotel management, leadership skills, and a solid knowledge of hotel operations and IT tools. Fluency in English and flexible living arrangements in Manchester are essential.
