Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions with a client-focused, results-driven approach.
Gain exclusive access to high-converting leads from top platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and GLSA.
Follow a proven success framework with onboarding, mentorship, and daily coaching to drive production—many agents close 2–3 escrows per month within 90 days.
Rely on comprehensive backend support, including in-house transaction coordinators and trusted lenders, to focus on closing deals.
Responsibilities include preparing purchase and listing agreements, property valuations, and maintaining CRM and communication workflows.
Qualifications include an active PA real estate license (or in progress), strong communication and follow-up skills, and tech-savvy CRM proficiency.
