The role
Lead the development and execution of the machine learning strategy for healthcare analytics, driving scalable ML initiatives across clinical lab data, pathology data, and related sources.
Build and mentor a high-performing ML team, partnering with data engineering, software, and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ML solutions.
Architect and deploy production-grade models, pipelines, and governance to unlock clinically meaningful insights for patients, providers, and payers.
Translate business needs into data science problems, define evaluation criteria, and ensure rigorous measurement of model impact, safety, and compliance.
Oversee data integration from diverse sources (claims, EHR, wearable data) to enable robust analytics and decision support.
Drive ML innovation, stay current with emerging techniques, and communicate strategy and outcomes to executive leadership.
