The role
Lead the development of scalable AI/ML features and services, focusing on inference, fine-tuning, and evaluation for OSS and custom models.
Own a technical area, provide leadership, and drive large cross-functional projects from planning to launch with high autonomy.
Work primarily with Python and Go to build model services, APIs, and SDKs that support multimodal AI workflows (LLMs, images, audio, video).
Collaborate on design and UX to deliver user-friendly APIs and robust production-grade systems with a focus on operational excellence.
Make effective trade-offs between engineering and product needs while balancing short-term milestones and long-term strategy.
Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, contributing to an AI platform that ensures latest state-of-the-art models are available at peak performance.
