The role
Lead architecture, development, and validation of reinforcement-learning based learned behavior models for highway and freight autonomy.
Define data strategies to collect, label, and curate large behavior datasets from in-vehicle, simulation, and fleet logs for training and evaluation.
Build scalable model training pipelines and tooling to move from prototype to production deployment.
Design metrics, analyze model behavior, diagnose failure modes, and drive continuous improvement in simulation and on-vehicle systems.
Collaborate with simulation, scenario, and validation teams to ensure verification, validation, and ODD coverage.
Mentor and lead mid- and senior-level ML engineers, setting technical direction and promoting best practices.
