The role
Design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows where AI agents collaborate to solve multi-step business problems.
Orchestrate multi-agent systems using tools like LangGraph, AutoGen, or AgentSpace, managing state, memory, and sequential handoffs.
Integrate out-of-the-box and custom agents on proprietary data to execute standard tasks with bespoke capabilities.
Develop glass-box observability with deep tracing and logging to visualize the reasoning behind decisions.
Build core models, conduct feature engineering, and apply statistical rigor to validate performance before production.
Deliver production-ready deployments with Docker/Kubernetes, FastAPI/Flask APIs, and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI services.
